How it works: Students scan their QR code (on ID card) at the school entrance. The system records arrival time and marks them present. Late arrivals are flagged automatically based on the school's start time (8:00 AM). Parents receive a notification when their child checks in, and are alerted if the child is marked absent by end of first period.
QR Code Generator
Generate and print student QR code ID cards. One QR per student — used for attendance, cafeteria, and library.
Each student receives ONE unique QR code at registration. This code is used across all systems: attendance check-in, cafeteria purchases, and library access. The QR code never changes even if the student transfers between sections or classes.
